Question about Outlook Express

I can do every thing on my outlook account except send new email or reply to emails. I have cleared my cookies and completely cleaned my computer. I need help with this asap please!

I am not doing any of the functions that Skydrive is having problems with, but I still can't sign on.

how do i trust my computer

not able to access my inbox or create new messages, to send this has happened before only corrected itself in time, to which i havent got, i have also tried to restore in contol panel internet settings, this also doesnt work, any suggestions, this is quite a nuisance

When I invite students to my class SkyDrive  group the response is "cannot be invited because cannot join any more  groups".   The students have assorted email accounts, but some like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***,jonas *** Email address is removed for privacy ***@hotmail.com are among those who created a hotmail account to be able to join the group and set up their own linked group to the class group.

These are only a few examples.

I am using a email adress for my xbox but now it is making me sign in and when i sign in with the email it says that it does not exist, I know for a fact the email is correct and i dont know why i cant access it. Can somoen please help me
