For about 2 weeks now, every email I send goes out BLANK.  Nothing I write is visible to anyone I send it to.  When I check in my SENT folder, the email is blank as well.  I have had to set up another email account on another server because I can not get my email to work.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, or who to report it to?

I have had this computer for 4 months and did not create an Outlook account since I have a Hotmail one and do not wish to change.  Now that I upgraded to the latest Windows 8.1(?) I thought I would add the Outlook account as prompted in the setup.  I now have 2 problems: 1. I cannot log in to my computer with out a (Outlook) password first, and second, I cannot access my Hotmail email. 


Any attempt to put in www.Hotmail.com to sign in only takes me to my (new) Outlook.com account.   Under the heading of adding "Alias's" it says that you cannot use a Hotmail account as an ailias???  Really?  In that case I would like to remove my Outlook account, but under the removal procedure it says you will permanently loose all Hotmail emails and contacts? 


What did I do wrong?  How can I undo this?

Can you enable this feature or show us how to do it?

I have not received any emails to my Hotmail account since Oct. 30.  I can send emails but nothing is coming in.  I have two business Hotmail accounts and this is the case with both accounts.  I have not changed any settings, it just started.  What is the fix?

I just upgraded from Windows PRO 8 to 8.1.  Now my local copy of Skydrive is not syncing to the cloud. Also, if I upload a file directly to SkyDrive portal, it won't sync locally.

There is no issue with the cloud based Skydrive being access via a browser, just the local copy of the files are not syncing up

Anyway, it seems that there is a problem with the integration of the Service and the SkyDrive App in Windows 8.1 because I also have another computer that is having the same issues.

Right now, when looking at the "Progress" window (inside the SkyDrive App) I see:

" Uploading (5)  Downloading (88) " but it haven't changed in the last week. I've checked and the "Skydrive Sync Engine Host" is running in Task manager.

Can you help me?

I have a Outlook email address but when I try to sign in it says that email address is already is taken,yes it is taken, it is ME what do I do?

I have a large .pst file containing a number of categorized contacts with notes Fields, birthday events, pictutes etc.


I want to move those contacts to my Outlook.com.


Trying to import the .pst file does not work from Outlook.com


Trying to drag contacts from locally opened .pst file to Outlook.com using Outlook does not work. (Seems that max number is 1400).


Any help?

I do want to POP from an Hotmail (or 'otmail ..) account to an Outlook of that not very different species. Outlook refuses and insist on 'mind-melting' with the 'otmail account instead. Is this the expected behaviour ? Is there a way round this seemingly unnecessary blockage ? It is not necessery to write me about changing a whole Hotmail account to Outlook, because I do not want to do it. I recently attempted to set up a domain email address on outlook.com. The format was to be *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

After successfully setting up the account I realised that I could send messages but I could not recieve them from this new domain. Can you explain why this is so and how to rectify it.

I have called the customer helpline and sent previous emails but all this has been to no avail. Can you please help me as this is an ongoing problem.
