WLM 2009 – XP

I have WLM2009 on my PC using XP.

I want to export the address book to my notebook also using XP.

When I go to Contacts / File / Export/ .csv the window that comes up is not the correct size, then when I select the folder to save to and hit save WLM freezes?

Is this a known problem, is there a fix?

If I re-install WLM 2009 will I loose all my contacts and email accounts?

Office 365 and outlook.com

I have office 365 which includes Outlook 2013 on my laptop, and Outlook.com on my galaxy S3, I can sync my emails on this mobile app but cant sync my calender. On the app I have sync calender ticked but the app only shows my emails. How do I get my calender up on my phone... Really struggling with this and your help and advice is much appreciated....

Account Suspended

I received an email from Outlook stating they had suspended my account and to follow simple log on instructions, and provide a mobile number to which a code would be sent, this i did only to find I cannot now send mail from my mobile i-phone, can someone please help as I need to be able to send mail from my phone, i CAN RECEIVE BUT NOT SEND.

I cannot send or reply emails from one of my Hotmail accounts but I can do it from the other account (Hotmail as well). It started 2 days ago for no reason. When I click on NEW, nothing happens, when I click on reply, nothing happens either. Can someone help please?

All of a sudden, my emails bounce back does anyone know why

Can anyone help me, all of a sudden my emails have started bouncing back to me? This is what they say:

calendar invite not sending

My wife and I both have WP8, when I create a calendar invite through my exchange account (on my phone) and invite her it works fine.  However, when she creates one on her outlook.com account it appears to invite me, but I never receive any invite.  No error though.  I also tried to add myself using the outlook.com web interface; it appears to add me just fine, but I never receive an invite.  It's not getting blocked, going to junk mail, and there are no errors; it's really that it's never being sent.  Please help me resolve this, I really want to be able to share calendar entries with my wife.  One last thing to note; she's using a gmail account as an EASI account, and I have a yahoo account as an EASI account.

Unable to open attachments as automatically redirected to dub126 address and also a blank page appearing in my account

Hi,


For the last 4 days my hotmail account is automatically redirected to a https://dub126.mail.live.com. This does not allow me to open attachements.On the forum it states that this has been resolved, but that is not the case in my account.

Today when I log into my account within seconds of my account page appearing a bank screen automatically comes up - hence I cannot now read my emails either.

I have tried all the advice on the forum to no avail.

Please help!

Signing in to xbox live

I am having problems signing into xbox live. I sign in with email and password then it prompts with - Already on your account- with an old email address. I set up a different email address and I then get -Thanks! You added this earlier, but we can't use it until you verify it at accounts live. It won't let me verify it and no matter what I try I cannot sign in. I have not had this problem before and am getting very frustrated -please help!!!!
