I have tried installing skydrive desktop app (Windows 8 Professional) on my machine 5 times, every time it would get stuck in the very end, forever.
How do I solve this issue?

I'm posting this on behalf for my friend.
Her account was being hacked and user by another user as such she is not being able to log into her account.
She tried to sent an online help and was being asked to fill in form for verification. She has did so but was being replied with a message saying despite filling up the form, they will not be able to verify that she is the user of the account.
Would appreciate some help here.

I lost all my saved emails in my Draft folder when outlook took over hotmail.So how can I get all my hotmail drafts?
Since January 31 2013 I can't receive any inbound emails.
I've verified all the common diagnostic steps outlined below from many typical posts similar to my issue. However, none of the recommended diagnostics have resulted in receiving any further emails. Sending Email works without issue. Please advise - Thank

- Check your Blocked sender list
- Add the email address to your Safe senders list
- Check your Email Rules
- Check your Junk Mail Settings
- Check your Reply-to address
- Forwarding, etc...
inbox is not displaying correctly
I now have a problem with my live account that is used on Windows 8 machines and Windows Phone 8 where when I try to log into outlook.com I receive the following message
"Your account is not ready, It looks like your parent hasn't finished setting up the Family Safety settings for your account. Click "Go to Family Safety settings" to finish the process and get into your account."
I have removed this account from all "Family Safety Settings". The Calendar and Skydrive within Outlook.com work fine still. The domain it is using is SNT148.mail.live.com. All Mail, people, calendar, skydrive all work fine from within Windows 8 Apps
and on Windows Phone. The issue just happening when attempting to log in using IE Web Browser. Oh I have cleaned out Web Browse Cache to no avail as well. Thanks in advance for assitance
I haven't been able to use my Hotmail in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 since August 11th. The contacts work, but not the mail. It is really inconvenient. How long until this is fixed? I've had my Hotmail (premium) account for years with no problems
