When opening a session of live mail the signon screen for a secondary account loads automatically. The secondary account is not used on this computer however it was once used on this computer.
I would like to know how to stop the signon screen for the secondary account from loading since the secondary account is no longer used on this computer.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to remove the secondary account prompt.
Thanks
Joe
I use four PCs in four business locations and set up a skydrive folder/account so I could use the latest version of files whereever I was. This worked really well for several months but last week I changed the password whilst at one location and now when I am at the other locations I can't see the latest files, and it doesn't ask me for a password. How can I make it 'refresh' the password?
Further, in each location I can open a file, and resave it to the skydrive folder, but it is not accessible from elsewhere. I am concerned that I have not understood the basic workings of Skydrive. I had hoped that there was only one version of the file, stored in the cloud, which I accessed from whichever location, updated, and then saved back to the cloud. I am now worried that in fact I have four machines, four folders, and four versions of the file, which had previously only been synchronising via the cloud. This would be ok if only I could get the other machines to ask me for a password now the password has changed, as I expect that once it has the right password it will start synchronising properly again.
I am using Windows 7 on some machines and Vista on others. In each case I downloaded the Skydrive app to the machine.
Thanks,
Dan
This above titled problem has been on my computer as a pop up page for 1 month.
Otherwise my Hotmail and computer is working fine. It occurred when I try to access Hotmail.
I end up going through google to sign in Hotmail.
My hotmail account was apparently tampered with and was subsequently blocked. I sent the form in at least 4 times with as much information as I could supply, and I've just received a note that they will no longer process my requests and to regard the account as gone and set up a new one.
Apart from some account information on an Xbox or something similar, I was able to put in some relevant details.
I've had this account for close to 15 years if not longer, I'm also in the process of applying for a new job and have used this e-mail address as one of my contact points.
I am absolutely fuming that there is no way to contact hotmail, I've lost all of my contacts, and potentially corrospondance regarding my career.
Is there anyone out there who may know a way to plead with Hotmail to reopen the account or grant access back. How can they just block your account like that!!!
Thank you
Since last weekend I receive mails from this other person with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** inbox. Very interesting but none of my business. I can see from the mails this person is also receiving them end replies. I can follow his or her complete mails.
Something is going totally wrong here and I do not know if this other person is receiving my emails as well.
