How to add credit card

How do I add a new credit card to pay for my annual subscription?  The web page likes my Visa and encourages me to change the expiry date on the now expired card.  But I want to switch to my Mastercard.  There doesn't seem to be a way to add a new card for payment.

 

Emails missing after upgrade!

Hi, I'm after logging into my current email account after deleting an old one that I currently no longer use and I'm after being told I've been upgraded to outlook.com but all my emails from Hotmail are gone!!! these emails are very important to me as many were work related and college related also. I'm completely loss without them. Can someone help?

Since we don't have outlook on RT what is the secret of getting Win 8 (.1-eval) Outlook calendar, appts, contacts, etc to RT?

Windows Live Mail – Clean up Contacts gets http 404 error

When I click on the Clean up Contacts button in WLM (using Win7), it launches a web page with an HTTP 404 Page Not Found error.  The address it's trying to use is:  https://msnia.login.live.com/ppsecure/sha1auth.srf?lc=1033

 

Can’t verify ownership of my hotmail account

Recently I have had to reboot my computer and in the process lost all my passwords. After releasing i could not remember my security question and having no relevant email links I have attempted to fill in a questionnaire which I have been told did not contain sufficient information. I desperately need to get into my Hotmail account soon as I have a few important deadlines to meet, Is there any way of resetting my password other that preciously mentioned?  I can't seem to fine any others.

So i have 2 email accounts. one which was really old and i havent used it in a while.  i had important emails in there that i need. how can i get the account open again ? :(

POP3 Interval Way Too Long

Why is the POP3 check interval so long?  I love the Outlook.com interface, but it takes FOREVER to get my messages from GMAIL.  Can't we at least have a manual refresh option?

I need help accessing a blocked account

I woke up today with my iphone telling me that my hotmail account password was wrong all of a sudden. I went to the website and started to sign 
in with different passwords that I could've used but none did, so I went to reset my password but the email listed is no longer in use so I filled out the questionnaire, the account is used for primarily secondary used websites and receiving emails so this account doesn't have enough information to get by the questionnaires requirements, so now my account is blocked. Seriously can someone help me out?
