Hotmail appears to have deleted all of my old emails! Including those which had important documents attached. I definitely haven't done this and have seen that other people seem to have had the same issue recently. I also had emails from a few years ago
that I had kept for sentimental family reasons and am appalled that they've vanished. The latest my emails now date back to is October 2013! Please can someone tell me how to resolve this issue.

I am unable to log-in to outlook.com or even live.com. I get this message:

I have tried logging out of my Office 365 account and also cleaned cookies, cache etc using CCleaner, but still get exactly the same error.
I've even tried logging in via Firefox (which I've never logged into either live.com or 365 with before as I usually use IE and Chrome), but get the same error.
Now stuck as searching suggests that logging out and clearing cookies etc should have worked.

How do I turn off the reading pane in Outlook? I open Settings and go to Options but I don't see anything there to change it. I don't even have a "more options" option. All I have is Message List options and Font options.

I would like to know how to edit, or delete the list of contacts that appear when I type an email.
Most of them are unused, or misspelled.
Using advanced privacy setting did not help.

Hi,
When I am working in Live Writer and click on one of my added pictures, the scroll bar that used to be on the far right of the screen, which allowed me options below picture source, has disappeared. I have done the steps to Uninstall a program and clicked on Repair all Windows Live Programs but the problem still exists.
Any help would be appreciated.
