Not receiving emails I send to myself with attachments

I first noticed there was an issue when a company was trying to send my secured files and only my husband's email address was getting the message with attachment. The company sent to me over and over and never received a failure message and I never received the emails nor a failure notification. Then, I saw that on that date, there was a reported issue with email with attachments not being delivered but that it was fixed and emails would begin to be delivered. Well, the emails sent over that 48 hour period NEVER showed up.

 

Since then, today and yesterday, I have tried to send myself a picture via email from my iphone, so essentially coming from myself. I am not getting anything. I am not getting failure notifications, nor receiving the email. In addition, I tried to send the picture to my work email, and again, it's not coming. So, is the issue sending to/from myself, or is the issue, sending from a mobile device?

 

I am up for renewal and don't want to may my annual fee if the service I'm used to is not going to continue. I always get my email and size has never been an issue. What's the issue now?

Cannot sign in to Family Safety with existing Microsoft Account

I cannot sign into Windows Live Family Safety with my existing Microsoft Account.

 

I enter the email address and password, and click the Sign In button, then get an error message saying "The email address or password is incorrect".

  1. This happens on two different Windows 7 laptops. I have rebooted, cleared history, etc and this has not helped.
  2. I have checked the email address and password numerous times (case is correct, Caps Lock is not on, etc).
  3. My email address/Microsoft Account is not an Outlook.com, Live.com or Hotmail.com address - it is my own domain, something like <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
  4. The Microsoft Account works for all other apps and web sites on my Windows 7 laptops, Nokia Lumia 920 phone, Lenovo ThinkPad 2 tablet (Win8).
  5. This Microsoft Account <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>works for Office 365 Home Premium just fine.

The email address and password are correct, so why can't I log in? I used to be able to log in OK.

I recently received 3 emails regarding jobs on USAJOBS.com today I went to apply for those positions and they are no longer there.  I last saw them on Saturday.  Is there anyway you can retrieve those back again for me please....

Unlinked account recovery.

I did have 4 Hotmail email addresses all linked, but as I have recently discovered, they have been unlinked.

I don't remember the password to three of them, because I never had to. I tried recovering the password, but it seems I keep running into trouble.

I would quite like to get my accounts back.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I sent a number of emails and not all are being saved in my Sent folder. Outlook appears to be saving every other email rather than all emails. Too, the emails have different titles so there are individual. I am really concerned because some have photos and others I forwarded to myself from my own inbox because I wanted them to appear in the inbox & sent folder today rather than four years ago.

Can anyone help?

Your messages are in your POP folder! Some other program is set to download and delete your messages from Outlook…

The message above keeps appearing when I open Outlook.
Clicking on 'Change setting' doesn't go anywhere.
It actually says that there's a problem getting there.
How funny is that? NOT.

Is anyone from Microsoft available to help cure this problem?

I've already reported this, on this forum but as yet, no reply.

continous messages in sent box being copied every 5 minutes or so

I have hundreds of messages in the sent box showing they are being forwarded to me daily as quick as I delete them they reappear, need advice on how to stop this

My email account is not operating correctly, it wont let me read emails and i have been told that people are trying to send me emails but they just bounce back, any ideas ?????
