I have had a hotmail account since 1999 and have just tried to find some old emails that I have sent and some that I've saved.  However, there's nothing in either my sent solder or my 'saved emails' folders from before 2007.  Any ideas on how to retrieve emails from earlier than this?
I send a lot of emails as i run a business but recently the Junk email filters have started prevented me from sending any emails at all no matter how much i edit them. I really need this fixed asap!!
I've just moved my domain over from google apps to domains.live.com and need the password reset option available. It is a personal domain for family email accounts. My domain is kemple.us

Thanks

I cleaned up my computer and accidentally moved my "Outlook Files" folder.  My email stopped working and I received the message:  Task '*** Email address is removed for privacy *** – Sending' reported error (0x8004010F): 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed' (and a similar one for receiving).

After a great deal of fussing with the program I finally realized what had happened and moved the folder back where it belongs.  Meanwhile I had created a new profile, but have now set it back to the original profile.  It still doesn't work (ie, won't send or receive emails; I still get the same error message).

I have another data file directly in my Documents folder which the program also accesses.  That stuff is showing up okay.  I would really like the program to just work off that one data file, but haven't been able to figure out how to make it do that.

If I go into my "Outlook" profile (the original one), it lists three data files:  two of them are identical, the one in my Documents folder.  The other one is My Outlook Data File(1).pst in the Outlook Files folder.   I set one of the ones in the Documents folder to the default (the other one won't allow me to do so) and it still acts the same.

The problem is that I really don't have a clue what I am doing.  We have profiles, data files, defaults, accounts and all this stuff that I don’t know how it all fits together.  Does it all have to be so confusing?  Can someone explain in simple terms how this works so that it can make sense to my simple mind?

When I download an attached document in Outlook.com, the browser tells me it is downloading from bay172.afx.ms.  This is apparently a website registered in Montserrat (in the Carribean).  I don't know what organization AFX is.  Or is this the unfortunate result of someone in Microsoft thinking it would be cute to register microsoft servers at a country that has a code with the same two letters as an abbreviation for Microsoft?  If so, it seems like poor security practice, since the domain, and probably DNS servers, would be operated by a foreign entity, and could be redirected to another location.  Thanks for your help from anyone who might know about this.  - John
I received emails from a few different companies. One email was in the junk folder and I marked it as not junk. After that I could not find it for some time and when I did it was linked to four other separate emails. When I scroll down all the emails from different senders are all showing but I replied to them individually and I do not want replies to these companies going to the wrong senders or all the emails linked in one. I have no idea how this happened but I am very angry. Ever since hotmail was switched to outlook I have been having issued with my email service.
I am unable to get incoming mail (DNS MX issue) but I can send emails. HELP!! How do I fix this?
I went to open my hotmail yesterday and to my horror i've lost all messages in and out and also from my quotes folder it's as if a whole month from 02/10/2013 to 03/11/2013 has been deleted what on earth is going on?????

Not sure why but I cannot send messages from my Hotmail account from my Samsung Galaxy SII? (receiving and deleting are working)

I used to be able to? Any suggestions? Did I change a setting by mistake?

Please help, very annoying...
