SkyDrive photos not uploading, stuck on pending.

Hi,

I am using a laptop with Windows 8.1

My photos are not uploading to SkyDrive, they are stuck on pending (1200+ items pending). They have been stuck for two days. Can I please have some assistance in what to do as there are no options to force download etc?

lost sent emails

I have an Outlook Plus account. When I archived my emails I only checked the inbox to check that my emails had archived. I had checked the box to archive all folders but unfortunately I did not check before I moved to a new computer and now I am missing sent emails from September 7th 2013 to 13th October 2013. Can I retrieve them?

Outlook.com vs Thunderbird

I recently tried using Outlook.com on my linux desktop via IMAP in Thunderbird. The account created without issues, however I am experiencing several problems:

1) I keep receiving messages that the server is down or not responding.
2) I cannot see all my folders. Actually I cannot see any of my custom folders I made in the web interface. I see only This problem does not appear in Geary which can see all my custom folders.

I have Thunderbird 24.1 with default settings.

Deleted Emails

My boyfriend and I were on his email account earlier looking for an email for his driver awareness course.
We couldn't find it. I then noticed it appeared as though he had no emails right the way from August to October. This is incorrect as he's been getting them to his phone, however they have been going missing after a few days. 
I noticed a topic earlier about a Conversation setting, but as the Driver email we were looking for, only had one from that sender, there's no way it could be grouped with anything else. Even after searching for keywords and specific emails we still had no luck. 

We desperately need some of these emails back and the deleted recovery thing doesn't work either. They weren't deleted but are missing !! 

If anyone could help me or him please email me, don't reply on here cause I'll never figure out how to get back here :)

List of planned features?

Is there a list of planned features for Outlook.com? I have submitted some feedback requesting features I would like to see, however, searching through the community posts I notice that man of the features I would like to see have been thoroughly discussed and requested from months back. Having a list of planned features would be useful, as it would let me and others know that our feedback is not falling on deaf ears. Or if the features I would like to see are not planned to be implemented, then I will know to use a different email provider for my main email.

Outlook Email alias separate inbox

HELP EMAIL PASSWORD RESET ISNT WORKING

My windows live id is joint to my Xbox live main account. I'm unable to access with account because it is attached to my brothers old email which he doesn't remember the password for. The email where reset links are sent was his school email which was deleted when he left. I have full details for my account which I can't access to answer the questionnaire which won't work because "the service is currently down."

I filled the questionnaire in and it said they would get back to me within 24 hours and this was 3 days ago! I was wondering if you could check if the email was still active or if it has been deleted. Also, I was wondering if I could possible call Xbox support and I could do this over the phone which may be better for me. Get back to me please, this is urgent. This account is being paid for as we speak and I can't access it. Help me!

retrieving bcc recipients of emails I’ve sent AND putting said recipients into a category in my outlook hotmail

I'd like to add (cut/paste?) a group of about 80 recipients of an email I sent to a 'catagory' that I've created so I can easily send mass emails to the same group (in bcc), but can't figure out how.  Can anyone help??  I've done both of these things before, but can't remember how (plus, it was before the conversion from Hotmail to Outlook, so maybe it's changed??)  Thank you!

Power Point Transitions on web Skydrive

I have uploaded a ppt archieve to skydrive to present online. It works pretty well, but I don't want it to change slides when clicking, but only when pressing the buttons I have created.

I'll try to explain exactly what's going on in my presentations:
When you'r in a new slide for the first time, it won't change if you just click anywhere with the mouse. But once you choose and click a button (this button cause an animation to run, but don't change to another slide), It "unlock" the transitions so if you then click on the slide (not the button) it changes.

I'm sorry for my bad English. Hope I could explain myself.
