When I logged into MSN.Com yesterday I was presented with the "we don't mean to frighten you, but what if you were locked out of your account & Outlook 10 upgrade. In the GET STARTED area they said msn.com customers were "in the cloud" -what's that? And where or how do I get my address book & saved e-mails/documents/pictures back?
My Dell XPS 420 desktop recently crashed.  I attempted to set up an account in Windows Mail for my email.  It imported my recent emails, but none of my older emails.  I had important messages saved that I need to retrieve.  My email account is through att.net.  I had another computer crash prior to this one and I was able to import everything into that email account.  I don't know what happened with this one.

I appreciate any help you can provide.
Hello Community,

Companies are reporting that when they send me an email, the email is being returned.

Also, when I send myself an email, I am not receiving it. This said, I can find the email in my sent folder.

Additionally, when my wife sends me an email via her Outlook/Hotmail email address, I am not receiving it.

Outlook had an outage in August and this is around the time that I started having issues.

Please advised and thank you in advance!
I only recently changed to Outlook.   I sent out emails to friends advising them of my new address, only to find my account was blocked.   I have now verified my account, but now my emails are not being sent, they just stay in "Draft".   I have had problems with my broadband speed recently, but should now have been fixed.    So why are my emails not being sent?
My Hotmail account was evidently hacked.  I tried windows recovery but I don't think that worked. I have gone through the process of obtaining a new password which involved an extensive history Q&A.  I was told I passed and tried to access account only to be told that there will be a one month wait. I can't wait 30days.  I need access to my email.  How do I resolve this?
I read a response from a Microsoft tech here that there has been an issue identified with creating individual junk mail filters in Outlook that actually work. That was in January of 2013. We are now in September of 2013 and I am still unable to create mail filters that work based on a "word contained" in the "subject" line. This feature either needs to be fixed or deleted from your options menu.

I have read other posts that this feature does not work so please don't respond and give me any stupid troubleshooting instructions. I have tried everything. This is an Outlook issue not a user issue.

I have synced my Hotmail calendar to my MS Outlook calendar and it shows up on MS Outlook.  But when I add an event on my Hotmail calendar it doesn't sync up anymore with Hotmail.  Do I need to continually export the calendar to MS Outlook somehow?  Shouldn't it just automatically update?

I can put files on Skydrive but when I put in an email address that I want to add for sharing I get a pop up saying Windows is unable to find the address. I have also tried to share using a Homegroup including sending my homegroup  ID Code to the person I wanted to share with and adding

their ID Code to mine but all to no avail. I have Windows 7 and the other operating system is Windows 8 on a  new computer. Any advice would be

much appreciated.

I am the primary poster on the skydrive account which I maintain. My board of directors in a condo wants access. Because members change frequently, I want to give them a separate login, with a separate password. Then when the board membership changes every year with new election,, I would change their password and let the new board members know what it is.

How can I do that. I don't want them to use my login and password.
