Question about Outlook Express

When I compose a new email, and type one letter like "A", I get presented with a list of names....  some are from contacts, some are from people I've emailed once and never want to email again. How can I clear the names I never want to email again?

I completed a questionnaire form about an account on 9/2/13 and  received an issue #99939103.  My son cannot connect to his account because the email he originally signed in with is no longer active.  I spoke to an xbox live support rep who directed me to the account recovery questionairre.  I received an acknowledgement of the request with the above issue #. a few days later I received a feedback survey on how I felt my response was handled, but have not had any response to the request.  An xbox live rep has now directed me to send a question through this site.

I am trying for several days to get into my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account to receive very, very important messages that I expect, after working for years on my art, and I cannot get there , because there is a  message that  keeps coming that someone else is using my account,. Than I am asked to go to my alternate email account which I almost never used , probably at least for 6-7 years, whose password I do not remember , not even complete user name. Than i am being asked my grandfather's occupation, which I do not remember what I placed, since I had two of them, each worked several professions,among which are: sailor, woodworker, worker,labourer, carpenter, police officer ...The other thing is that I already spoke to two persons in two occasions about this on Microsoft Canada phone number ( 1-877-568-2495) and about need to update my alternative email adress so that I can try go to my email account through link or whichever is the option.So my alternative email is : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Both of these two persons were kind and polite  in their assistance , but the thing is not resolved. On my new alternative email account was sent link , but when I opened it , nothing happened , either link is dead or it just does not work. So i still ask whoever is in charge  to help me have access to my email. I am at this point without phone so my email is practically the only mean of communication and just changing my email adress of my account WOULD NOT  make up for the loss of important messages I expect , about my artwork, pictures and music. Also the content of other folders (drafts , sent etc ) is also very important to me.I hope that person from microsoft that is reviewing this will have sense of the importance that is  placed by people's choosing to communicate with the others with their email providers.I expect that Microsoft will honour that and give me back access to my account. I just read some posts from Aug 2012 about 30-minute POP3 connection time. I didn't realize this is so until I sent myself an email. Is anything being done about this? Sorry Outlook.com, but this is not acceptable. When I send an email from your .com to my 1and1 servers it's instantaneous. I don't understand why Microsoft cannot perform this action on a more timely basis?

Ok...I figured I'd explain this problem 100% clearly as I have moaned, complained, rang in and posted so many times over the past few months that it's getting beyond annoying and I'm paying for every day I'm not using it.

Ok awhile back I tried signing in to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account.  I have had this account since 1999 and never had problems.  Due to its age EVERYTHING I started to do went through it, paypal, facebook, youtube, Xbox membership the works.  Then the outlook takeover happened.  And then my account got blocked.  No reason.  1 day went to sign in blocked.
