I am wondering if anyone is able to render me any assistance here. It is very urgent, as my university exams are coming up soon and I am heavily dependent on my laptop for my revision.
My Acer W700's specs are as below:
Apparently, I cannot synchronise the Skydrive files as they appear on the cloud. This is despite the fact that I have selected to have all my files available offline. And yes, I have waited for over 24 hours to attempt to let it download all the files,
which is about 2-3GB.
Apparently there is always this blue refresh logo on the Skydrive file. And it cannot sync everything, as we can see when we open the file.
The size and size on disk is not only different from one another, but also different from the amount of data that is on the cloud.
The beady stuff running across at the screen won't stop either.
And there is the pic showing what's on the cloud and what is reflected on my laptop.
Really, really disappointed and really want this to be fixed. Is there any solution for this currently? Is there something I've missed? If not, and if Microsoft is already aware of this problem - assuming that I am not the only one experiencing it - then
could someone just let me know whether there is a fix on the way or not?
