I use SkyDrive to access my files from my desktop and my laptop. I've noticed lately that when I open a few documents, the file is gone. There is an error that comes up that says there is an encoding error or the file will be completely blank. For example,
a 20 slide presentation will be completely erase and in its place is a blank template. A document will not open. A file conversion window will appear asking to select a text encoding. The document will be completely blank as well. If I try to open a .pdf
file, an error message would appear saying the file was corrupted.
It's not just a couple of files. It's at least 20.
