Hi, my current Hotmail account has been hacked since yesterday. Even it's changed my original alternate email address and security question as well. I'm trying to fill in the so call questionaire form but system pop up show that information not enough and i'm just can answer few questions, beside this anyone can HELP me?

Bevor I begin with custom Domain on Outlook.com I read about
no account restriction, and when I reach the Limit I only have to contact the Support.
Now the time is come where I need also more then 50 account for our custom Domain Foto.tiscover.com

Can someone help me please! I had the Microsoft security provide another email address/telephone number message while trying to access my emails for the last few weeks. Ive been avoiding it and now today it wouldn't let me access my emails unless i did do it. So i did. They first asked me if a certain email address was mine and to click next if it was. Well it wasn't one of my email address's so i clicked on no it wasn't! They then asked me to provide one that was - so i did. I clicked on next and they said they sent me a security code to the email i provided. I got the code and filled in the box! I could then access my emails and everything was fine!
Now ive got someone from the email address that Microsoft asked me was it mine and i said no at the beginning of the security message. Apparently Microsoft have told them that im trying to hack their email account and change their passwords! To say im confused is a BIG understatement!!! Ive done nothing wrong what so ever!! I haven't even emailed this person back because i thought it could be a scam or something! Can someone advise me on what to do next please?
