When receiving e-mail from a business, their customer survey pops up in front of the e-mail.
How do I get rid of these surveys?
I get the user screen it asks me for a password. Everything I type in they say is wrong. How do I get rid of the password I don't remember and the screen?

Ever since the switchover to Outlook I've been dogged with problems attempting to login and access my emails online. The issue arises especially with the request for a code upon login, which is never sent to me either via SMS or email (that said, I've
had to open a temporary account to be able to send this message to your 'Microsoft Support Community' and I miraculously got a code via SMS from the UK which enabled me to write this now).
Is there anyway of facilitating and/or eliminating the process of the 'code' request?
I have resorted to changing my password each time I attempt to login but to no avail. It's been 2 months that I haven't been able to access my account online and starting to worry that my hotmail account (which I've been using for the past 15 years) may
be eventually blocked...

Some of my e-mails are being truncated so only the first 10 - 20 words get through. The rest just disappears. It doesn't happen all time, it's happened maybe 5 times in the last month. There is nothing that appears any different when sending these e-mails,
the recipient points out that only part of the e-mail is there. Any ideas on how to fix?
When I signed into my hotmail account, it informed me that I need a code in 5 days. But the email it posted is wrong. My name is screwed up. My account is:

Running WXP with IE8 8.0.6001.18702IC. Also get initial error when selecting Skydrive that tells me I am running the wrong version of IE! There is no other for XP. If I click on continue with out updating Skydrive files appear. Calendar and Email works
without error. Windows Phone shows all contacts as normal.
Messenger has also stopped working within outlook.com telling me that I have been logged out of Messenger. When I click on "Login" , the page refreshes with same error.
