Can’t receive emails in the account

Hi,

 

Can someone please help me?

 

I am able to send emails no problem and people are able to read them BUT

 

I am not receiving any emails since last Thursday and I really need my emails for work as people who have sent me emails do not know I cannot receive them and I am not able to reply.

 

I am wondering if my account has been hacked so I have changed my password, I also checked all the filters and everything is ok,

 

However, any old emails that contained an attachment have been moved to a documents folder which I didn't do.

 

Please please someone help me.

Server Error in ‘/x/…’ error when open excel survey

I created my Excel Survey on SkyDrive but when i need to edit on web page, my file did not load and show this error.

 

" Server Error in '/x/16.0.1727.1029'Application. Runtime error."

 

I can open my file on android and I.O.S .

 

I also try to create new excel file on web page , and  got the same error.

Why after deleting my hotmail account from my computer did my phone’s email get flooded with facebook emails?

about 50 emails loaded on my phone which also has Hotmail linked to it.  They were saying was tagged in someones photos from facebook when actually there was nothing tagging me to the picture at all.  This happened immediately after disassociating my Hotmail account from my computer.

 Hi, I need the password reset option enabled for my user's account on my custom domain on the Windows Live Admin center. Some accounts on my domain are pass from users to users and I don't want to delete and recreate the same account each time.

Why can’t I see my normal email account page after downloading an attachment on my computer?

in Outlook.com my email account, after attempting several times to download an attachment, will not display the contents of my account. I only get: off, reading, new, and a couple of other things off to the left side of the screen. When I click on any of them I get an hourglass and that's it. However...if I use my wife's computer I see everything as it should be. What's going on?

I know this topic already bring up few times and closed. But the problems still there. I still can't get back the previous mail in my Hotmail when I change to new interface. Can someone provide me the solution or give me the helping hand? I have faced the same issue in lycos mail, but I just need to drop a email to their service team and I able to get back all my emails in the couple days. That why I wonder why I cant get the same service from here? Please advise.. Thank
