I can still receive and download attachments. However, when I click on the Insert drop down to attach files to my own emails, I get this message: "We're still getting set up. Please try again." How do I correct this? I'm on a Mac.

First time post so go easy on me...
So, somebody has shared a folder with me. It's showing online under the shared heading but I can't see it via the desktop app.
I've also shared a folder with somebody else and they're having the same issue.
None of us really want to work through the website, having everything via the desktop app just like we do for Dropbox is important to us.

am having problems with my outlook email showing a wrong date and time- my computer is correct but the email itself is wrong. How do I fix this? and is there anyway to fix a past email
I just updated my computer to windows 8.1 and Skydrive is not updating on my desktop (I see the folders but not the green checkmark). The icon on the taskbar is inactive so I can't do anything through there to try to fix it.

Hello,
I have downloaded a number of mpeg files and I want to create a movie. Unfortunately, I can only hear the sound and I see no pictures. I run Windows 8.1 and my Movie Maker version is 2.6.
However, I can see (and hear) the video when I play one by one these files on Windows media player.
