I am getting a password reset link but whenever I click on the link I get a message saying "Temporarily unavailable". I have tried this using multiple browsers, computers on my phone and none are working. Through my friends computer and through my xbox and I cannot get access to my account. It works on other microsoft accounts but not this one. The account I'm having a problem with is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

My name is Chamaine Cruz and I run a Wedding Planning Company in Gibraltar (Europe).

 

I have started experiencing a few issues last week in which I starting receiving emails with the following subject:

 

"Mail Delivery System".

 

I can receive emails from any account in the world but it is when I reply back to any clients who uses a Hotmail account that I receive the below:

 

(Removed PII)

 

I use 2 email accounts.  One is - (Removed PII) and the other one is (Removed PII)

 

Can someone please help me urgently?  I have weddings planned for as early as next week and need to get in contact with my clients.

livemail will not send photo emails from Olympic 3 but did

Recently live mail stopped sending photo emails that contain photos from my Olympus viewer 3, but it did before.   Olympus viewer 3 works much better than Live Mail, or any other Microsoft photo program.   Second question, how do I delete Sky drive??

My hotmail is hacked and the person is still logged in.

My email (removed PII) has been hacked and I can't get hotmail to close or block the account... the person who hacked on is still using the account live. I've tried changing passwords, I think they are able to use the account because of caching. 

I am posting my own email (removed PII) in hope that microsoft will block all access to the account and end all current sessions.

Please help.

Sorry there seems to be a problem with outlook right now

I can log into my account and can even change the password but all I get then is "Sorry there seems to be a problem with outlook right now".

last week I had a message saying they were being over protective and a code had been sent to my alternative email address to verify my details but nothing came through and now this.

Is this a problem with Outlook or am I locked out of my account. Pls can someone tell me how to resolve this....
