I split a video and added an effect to one half now my movie maker wont open up the file. Can someone help me??

Hi, I hope somebody will able to help me. I put an excel sheet up on SkyDrive for people to edit it. I sent a link to people so they can edit it by using excel web apps. Those people who have Mac's computer, they can't access the excel sheet. Can you please tell me why? I know there don’t need to have Skydive or sign in to edit it.

I've been trying to use 365 with Skydrive for about a month. And, have been having troubles finding straight-forward info on what I can and can't use with a MAC.

OK, so I recently completed the 8.1 upgrade, Skydrive is give me a notification that there a few folders that "Need Attention", however I can't seem to find how to address whatever the issue is. In version 8.0 the desktop app had an icon in the lower
right corner area, when you had files that needed attention you would click on the notification and it would automatically open a popup that woudl allow you to address the issue, In 8.1 I can't figure out how to address the issue - left clicking merely opens
the file or folder, right clicking just selects the file or folder. How do I address whatever the issue is?
Also, in a similar vein, I have one file that is showing as downloading (downloading 1 item) in the upper right corner, however when clicking on that item it goes to the progress screen and it shows that it is completely downloaded - so why doesn't the
notification go away?
I just purchased an iMac apple computer and I am not able to set up and view any of my e-mails from my outlook account. I had an old dell computer with Microsoft WidowsXP and have a paid subscription to MSN. I have 2 MSN accounts and one alias account
under outlook.com.
I have had apple support try to set-up and import my MSM and e-mail accounts on my new MAC computer but they have been unable to set-up the outlook account. The outlook account appears with a lightning bolt next to it. Can you please help me with this
issue? Also, when I log into my Microsoft MSN and outlook e-mail accounts via the internet, I noticed that I am not receiving all of my e-mails. Has Microsoft change the required settings? Or are there any current issues receiving Microsoft MSN e-mails?

I need to change my daughter's date of birth on her account, but it's disabled. I tried going through Family Safety, but I don't see the option there either.
How can I achieve this?
The date is causing problems with using the droid Outlook.com application for her phone, so she can't see our shared Outlook.com calendar.
