I keep getting this message and can't get rid of it.
And despite posting this many times, no-one seems able to help.

I have just downloaded the Windows 8.1 upgrade, and now I have a profile picture problem. When I boot up and Log into my computer I want a fun picture to see when I log in. This picture, however, is NOT appropriate for formal email correspondence, and now I can't change one without the other changing. It is so damn irritating. Why does it presume you want the same picture at both locations?
Please can anyone tell me how to have a PC log in picture as one thing and my Hotmail/outlook picture as another? There must be a way... surely?

El nombre de cuenta solicitado ya está en uso o se ha utilizado anteriormente, y no ha transcurrido el período de espera necesario para que se pueda volver a utilizar.
Anteriormente ya la había dado de alta, pero me confundí y pensé que la había escrito mal, posteriormente intenté volver a darla de alta y ya no me deja.
Les agradecería me pudieran ayudar.
I have received an email saying my account is going to be closed cause I haven't been using it. I use it every day. There is a link that the email is directing me to go to, but I haven't cause I don't understand why I have received this email. I don't want to loose my account, but a worried this email isn't real, what do I do?
