Question about Outlook Express

I created a group in my contacts. I added about 20 contacts in this group. When I compose an email only 10 of the 20 contacts in this group were emailed. I saw this by expanding the group and viewing which contacts were being emailed. I have tried to create other groups and this keeps happening. I have done this from safari browser , google chrome and explorer 9. Same results. 

I would like someone to retreive my in-box emails as all of my emails are gone. They are not in the deleted folder, or any other folder.  I was in my hotmail today and now all of my in-box emails are completely gone and it says:

I signed up for a new hotmail account to connect with Skype. I was using a PC with Windows 8. I understand the new email account was an alias (according to my account settings). I did not intend new account to supplant or replace old account, so I canceled new account once I realized I was not receiving emails to old account anymore. However, after changing aliases and deleting new account, I am still not receiving emails. Please help.

I recently created an @live email account when I purchased a new computer with windows 8. Almost immediately, I started receiving emails from facebook accounts and other sites also including some dating sites. Not advertisements or anything trying to get me to sign up. They were updates to existing accounts using my email address. I don't know if someone is actually using the same email address. All the emails directed toward this other user are never opened or read. Only the ones I open looking for information on how to cancel these accounts. This other user and I actually share the same surname, and first name. I don't know if his email is very similar to mine and somehow his emails are bleeding into mine. Or outlook.com failed to recognize the email i.d was already in use when i initially registered. If it helps any, I was able to get a little bit of information from his facebook account. And it turns out he has had a facebook account linked to this email even before I registered the email account. I need to get this cleared up soon before my wife looks at my email and thinks I'm signing up for dating sites.
