Everytime I go into Windows Live Mail I get a box asking me to ok the programme. Can I abolish this?

I am having Microsoft account and i want to join skype. But while trying the same, i am getting error as "Sorry, we didn't recognize your sign-in details. Please check your Skype Name and password, then try again." Kindly guide me to get out of this issue. Please find the attached screen-shot for your reference.

I added a contact in Outlook, but it will not let us chat. How do I fix this?
how can i delete my old Windows live messenger status update? i was able to do that in the old hotmail , on outlook i cant find away to do it some people say this feature is not available in outlook if it is not available it is extremely important for me how can i switch back to old Hotmail view if this feature 2 is not available so **** Microsoft and **** your **** live btw windows phone is a peace of **** ...How do I delete permanently the message that constantly says something about windows live needing 8.1 update on messenger? It never stops, I mean IT NEVER STOPS POPPING UP!!! I can't work anymore!!! So after finding no help on here for months now I just deleted everything I can find on my computer that says windows live, still it pops up every micro second! I don't use messengers anymore, I did use skype but I deleted it and no longer want it after this mess. Stop this now!!!!

I am having the same problem as in this thread:
When I go to people.live.com and select Manage, Invite on Messenger, and enter someone's ID, I get the error "This page is temporarily unavailable" and its been "temporarily unavailable" for months now.
I don't even use messenger, but apparently I need to add messenger contacts if I want to allow people that I have shared documents on Skydrive with, to actually comment on those documents and photos (despite my requiring them to sign in with their Microsoft
account they already have). I think this design is ridiculous, and I don't want to change my security settings to allow anyone and everyone to comment, if I had publicly shared something. Why do Messenger contacts have anything to do with Skydrive comments?
Especially when the people I share with already have a Microsoft account and are being required to sign in? That's not enough for them to comment on what is showing under their SkyDrive -> Shared With Me section?
So, although I discovered this because of a SkyDrive issue with allowing my friends to comment, I've since discovered, although poor design, the problem is Messenger related, especially with the people.live.com website not allowing me to invite messenger
contacts (in order to allow my SkyDrive friends to comment).

I never used messenger and now am being told I must sign up for Skype which I do not want, but there is no option for not signing up for Skype only for signing up later. What if I do not want Skype? Is my only option to make Google Chrome or Yahoo my
preferred provider and lose all my Hotmail? This really annoys me
