Question about Outlook Express

Hello friends,

I am using Windows 10 since some time now. We are having wifi at our organization along with the LAN connection which has cyberoam authentication client to connect to the internet.

Today when i tried to connect to cyberoam. It gets easily connected to cyberoam with login details but when i open new tab and open any website it doesnot open.

Please suggest me suitable help for the same.

My computer is displaying "PC status: Potentially Unprotected" and I ran a scan and updated but it is still displaying the unprotected symbol.  What should I do?

I use windows 8 and every time I start my laptop up the messenger opens and drives me insane. All the other people who have asked this were told to go to control panel>programs>remove programs>windows live messenger. But that doesn't help me any because I already knew that, and it doesn't work. Windows live messenger isn't even on the list of programs at all, so I can't uninstall it. 

..And PLEASE don't give me the answer 'get a desktop, laptops suck' because I've heard it a hundred times and that isn't even helpful.

I have been trying to get on to Microsoft office, to down load some games. On my Windows 10. But, every time I click on my Microsoft store, I pops up and just disappears  in a few second.   It does not give information, for the reason why.  So, I called HP, sinse my computer is and HP Desktop computer, any ways.  They said that there is absolutely something wrong, with the program and I would have to get a hold of Microsoft, to have it fixed.  But, they must have given me the wrong phone number.  Because, I absolutely could not reach them. So, if anyone has their phone number, would you please let me know what it is, so I can get a hold of them right away.  But, if you absolutely know how to fix it. Would you please let me know this, also.
