Question about Outlook Express

help. how can I fix missing file.

I so tired of reading the same solution over and over again that doesn't work. Options and uncheck. Done that. I still pops up after reboot. Does anyone know how to effectively disable this?

I have Microsoft Essentials Security downloaded on my computer; but when I run test for Amazon, it shows that it is not installed.  I passed everything else and not sure what I need to do.

Original Title: Password

I forgot my password in the administer account so then I tried using "password wizard" to reset it. all of a sudden, something popped up saying "an error occurred while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account."  Why does this happen and how can I get past this situation?

Headset does not work with Skype.  It works for all other music or media with my windows 7.   It worked for months and then all of as sudden I have no sound.  Skype trouble shooting said that my headset is working just fine.  I have checked all settings including the sound in the front of my screen.  Is there any suggestions? 

Should I uninstall then install ?
