Question about Outlook Express

after refreshing my vaio laptop windows8 change pc settings doesnt work and no longer activated my windows too.im still using that windows it came with when im bought new laptop ..im still have product key also...local c drive also access is denied but already fixed from some solution from the post.can you please give  me some solution how to fix..
