Windows Live Mail FAQ
I currently have Messenger on my computer. How do I prevent Skype from just automatically downloading onto my computer when I don't want it. I do understand Messenger is going away - that's okay but I don't want Skype. I have Windows 7 Premium. Thank you for your time and help. Judy Anaya

I am very upset. There is someone, whom I do not know, appears on my message site with very vulger messages. I have hit report abuse so many times....and nothing happens. I don't appreciate tbe fact that every time I sign into my Windows Live Account there is always a vulger message, How can they do this?

I've been experiencing spam messages from unknown email contacts after I merged my MSN Messenger with Skype.
I have tried all sorts of ways like removing them from contacts and hiding the conversation, but it is to no avail. They will reappear each time I re-sign in to Skype with my Microsoft email. I've contact Skype regarding this issue and they have no solutions
to it, redirecting me to Microsoft to resolve it as the two spam contacts are not using Skype.
When contacting Microsoft and Skype, they advised blocking the contact. But that option was not available, and I have no idea why. This is getting a little frustrating, and I would appreciate all the help from the Microsoft Professionals here.
These two spam accounts are not using Skype and they're found in my Messenger List. This is another reason why Skype couldn't resolve this issue and had redirected me to Microsoft. I want to get rid of these spam accounts and not get it again. What could I
do?
P.S. The Microsoft and Skype Live Chat personnel also asked me to delete the contact using the People Live option. I've tried this method too but am unable to find their email address in my list. Neither am I using an Outlook.com account.
P.P.S. I have screenshots ready with me but I can't seem to post them? Why!!
Would appreciate all the help and replies. Looking forward to delete and block these spammers out! Thank you in advance.

Eu possuia uma conta de e-mail do hotmail e o minha segunda opção era um e-mail do terra. Eu cancelei o e-mail do Terra, assim não como recuperar a minha senha.
Alguem tem alguma dica de como entrar em contato direto com os administradores do hotmail ?
