Error 5102

Hi 
I am using windows live mail 2012. I have 2 outlook accounts. When I check mail one is fine the other one keeps coming up with ERROR 5102.
Having read your forums I  tried removing account and reloading  and now it just stuck telling me to wait a few minutes while it syncs. I have tried turning off anti virus and reloading but still it wont work. No problem accessing direct with internet on PC.

Can’t connect to IM when using Nokia 820

Good afternoon,
I have the same problem. It's about three hours that on my Nokia 820 it says "can't connect to IM" even if I am available for chatting through Messengere and Fb.
What can be done?
I have already tried switching off and on,  both the phone and the Wi-Fi.
Can you please help?

olá,bom dia,estou com um problema com meu msn a algum tempo,ele está em meu computador e é me dito que funciona normalmente,+ tento usá-lo e não consigo,gostaria de poder atualizálo de repente.Tento tbm enviar solicitações pra algumas pessoas e nada.Se ele se mostra em funcionamento normal em meu computador pq não consigo usá-lo ????? me ajudem por favor,obrigada e bom dia.

Hi I have a windows 8 mobile phone and have had it backed up to the SkyDrive. I have noticed that the messages received from FaceBook seem to stay on the messages even though I have deleted them off my facebook account. How can I clear them from my Skydrive? I see these messages when I am logged onto a PC

Pictures not appearing in incoming mail.

Half the time when I get an email with a picture in it,  I  only get a blank box with a red x in the corner.  In order for me to see the picture I have to forward it or reply to it.  Then the picture shows up.  Is there some kind of setting?

cannot get rid of invitation on microsoft messenger

Every time is sign in to microsoft messenger and invitation from an unknown, rosemaryinterrante@yahoo, invites me and every time i block this contact. i cannot get rid of this contact and it messed with my im operating for awhile. how do if fix this?
