Outlook 2013 Missing Subfolders and Emails

Techies-

 

I use Outlook 2013 IMAP

 

A few weeks ago, I organized all of the emails in my inbox into particular subfolders. However, now all of the subfolders and emails are missing under the inbox.  I can still see the subfolders as an option when I try to MOVE an email from the inbox; however, every time I select a subfolder I created to move the email to,  I get an error message that reads "This folder is not available".

 

Any ideas here?

These are important emails.

Hello,
Currently having trouble receiving emails.  I receive server error 5102, sync.aspx, 0x8DE2003.
I did what a few moderators recommend regarding re-setting up the account.  I re-setup the account in Windows Live Mail 2011 but continue to have the same error.

Error 5102 And About To Rip Out My Hair

So I keep getting the error message. My mail on my desktop hasn't been working right for awhile but now its not working at all. I looked for help and did what they said when other people asked for help but its still not working.

This is the message I get when trying to send, receive, veiw AND delete mail:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (teamid09) account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002
