Question about Outlook Express

I rec a pop-up that gives me an error of 20 attempts send mail and not able to.

I have been having a pop-up of wanting me to put in my password and I can't get rid of the pop-up unless I click on the red "X". to click yes or cancel doesn't work.  I have been having trouble sending since this pop-up started to show up

Email has two accounts.....the only Deleted folder I have access to only has calender and task items in it.  Deleted emails are in other account but somehow these are both operating and linked...but when I delete they are going to beyonds......I have not been able to find them.  Have tracked all folders and even tried to create one myself in the correct email but so far nothing is working.  Please help. Accounts were set up long before I arrived and my knowledge is limited.

I have checked with my ISP and these e-mails have been removed but they are still in my LIVE INBOX.

How can I get rid of them?

I'm using my friend's account. My original account has been hacked And I didn't noticed it because I stopped playing my xbox for a long time and started playing today but I typed my email and password and it said it wasn't good so I clicked on the can't access my account button and typed my email and it said this email doesn't exist. And I asked my friend about my account and he said that its online so apparently I've been hacked. 

What can I do?

My Hotmail has stopped sending/receiving messages. 

FIRST, I got the following error message:

server/error: 0x80048820

server: 'https://m.hotmail.com/microsoft-server-activesync'

windows live mail error ID: 0x80048820

NOW, I get no error messages, but still cannot send/receive emails.

I am just about to upgrade our main PC's to windows 10 and would like to use the Mail App

The thing is that we have both been using Windows Live Mail on our current Win7 PC's

We both have android phones with Google accounts so I think I can get all the contacts into Windows 10 Mail by using our Google accounts to to sych them over--this worked on an old laptop that I am using as a test machine

The problem is that we both have loads of emails in folders stored in Windows Live Mail

Can we get them over or do we loose them in which case we will stick to Windows Live Mail once we are using Windows 10.

I tested this on an old laptop and it seems you can continue to use Windows Live Mail in Windows 10
