I regularly use Windows Live Mail to read e-mails and Usenet newsgroup messages. I frequently get unknown errors, which somehow deletes all the downloaded e-mails and Usenet messages from my hard drive, which means I often have to redownload over 80,000 e-mail messages.

Where are these messages stored? How do I make sure that I do not have to redownload all these messages the next time an unknown error occurs.

Becoming more and more frustrated with this, can't find a simple clear answer anywhere!!!

Had email address's working fine on Windows Mail for years, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Now I transfer the exact settings over to Windows Live Mail and it won't work, get this error message...

I've posted this question before, no answer, here's hoping I'm not talking to myself!!

In Windows Live Mail I made a HTML signature that has text and Image. The image (.png) is in a public server. Now I change the picture in the server, but WLM still show me the old one. Image changes if I change the name of the picture into the HTML (and the name of the picture in he server). The problem is the image is used for all the staff, so that I have to go computer by computer changing the name in the signature. I wanted to change the image and that's all. Any help?
