I get this error code 0x800ccc0e when I use windows live mail on my desktop while sending emails from my roadrunner email account, I receive emails just fine. When I try to open Word email attachments in Windows Live Mail I get an error message "there was a problem sending the command to the program". I have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
In windows 7, I use Word 2007, in Windows 10, I use Office 365 Personal with Word 2016. Are there compatibility issues?

I've edited a contact but when I receive an email from this person the old contact name appears instead of the new name.
When I reply to this persons email I have to manually change the contact to the new name.
I can no longer get my e-mails from windows live unless I go to programs, window live and press administrator. When I press windows live icon I get error message that program is being used by another program and to wait error #O800C0a55.2. I use windows 7 and have used Windows Live for many years without problems and like the program..

I've just upgraded to Windows 10 and cannot view my emails through mail 2011. I've just installed 2012 windows essentials and still the same problem.
The emails are coming through but I cannot open them or read them and they are not showing under quick views, only through individual email address.
