I bought a new laptop running Windows 10 and installed Live Mail. The Live Mail is working fine, with one exception. The messages received are displayed, but the top of the "subject" is cut off so it is difficult or impossible to know what the message/email is about unless you open it. Costco Concierge hasn't been able to fix it so the subject displays properly. Hopefully someone on this forum can help me, as I really like Live Mail. BTW, my prior laptop was running Windows 10 and Live Mail without this issue.

Windows Live Mail 2012 stopped downloading new messages (and maybe uploading, but I haven't tried sending a message yet).  When I click on Send/Receive, the program says it is checking mail but it doesn't find any.  I've checked online at www.live.com and can see a bunch of new messages and they have all been synced to my Android smartphone.  I am using Build 16.4.3564.1216, which I believe is the latest version.  How do I fix this?

Thank you. This is very helpful indeed. I posted this query months ago but you are the first to point out this to me and it works. Brilliant! And now a bit obvious too!

Can you also advise as to how I can get my sent items in date order for an individual? I.E. when I click on "sent mail" and then on "to" the emails sent to each person are not in date order. It makes it difficult to find the last email I sent someone especially if I've sent them a lot over a long period of time. The emails appear to be listed randomly.
