After using Win mail for about a year with Windows 7, I suddenly cannot print certain messages.  Others will work fine.  The program freezes and shuts down.  How do I correct this?
The same message will print perfectly from Optonline.  Also the printer works fine with everything else.

For security, I use two-step authorization to log-in.  Yesterday I changed my Hotmail Plus password, and now, after entering password to log-in, and then as 2nd step I'm prompted to request security code ( via text, phone call, or sent to my gmail email account), it now won't text it to my cell, which is what I almost always do .... with repeated attempts I get a message saying "We couldn't send the code, please try again".  I've never had this problem. 

    

Then, when that didn't work, I tried to have it call me the code, which system did, but then when I enter the code, I get exact same two-step authorization screen again /  says on-screen again that it needs "two-step authorization", and prompts me to request another security code.

    

So it seems after password reset, all of a sudden the text option and somehow the call option now all of a sudden aren't functioning properly.

 

This morning,, upon trying again, I had it send the code to my gmail account, and when I entered that code, Hotmail Plus finally did let me into my email, that option appears to be the only option functioning.

 

How can I get text option and call option working again?  I have no idea why the system for text option says "We couldn't send the code, please try again", and why call option doesn't seem to work either.

 

I use MSN Hotmail for business, and I'm pretty darn scared if I weren't able to get into my email.  No Technical Support, no one to talk to, MAJOR detractor.  I may need to consider changing over to Verizon, etc., for business / personal email, even though it would cost me more.  What if I can never get Hotmail Plus in this regard working right again.

I was using Windows Live Mail (2012) on my old computer and an older version of Windows to sent out lots of information for my netball club.  I had categorised contacts into categories.  I purchased an Asus computer which runs the latest version of Windows.  Since setting up my new computer with all the contact categories, I am finding that when I go to send something to a category that they are gone.  All my contacts are still in the mail list and the category is showing the number of contacts in brackets when I go to check, but when on click on 'edit category' there is nothing there and I have to save them all over again.  I resave them all and it might last for a few days to a week or more and then suddenly they are all gone again and I have to resave the categories.  Having 40 categories which are used on a weekly basis, this is becoming very annoying.  Any suggestions?????

Hello all,

Recently, I've been trying to reply to an email but this error always pops up 'Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account.'. Following which, I have successfully verified the account using a mobile phone where I typed in the code from the text message. Then, I tired to reply the email once again but to no avail. No matter how many times I verify the account, the same error pops up and this has left me more aggrieved for I am unable to send a simple email!

I hope this can be resolved soon. Thank you.
