Message could not be displayed
Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.
I get message headers but I do not get the message bodies. Instead I get;

How can I back up and restore (a) sent email msgs and (b) email msgs in selected folders ?
When I send someone an email, they get the email ,plus another one that has "Re" on it.
How do I create a contact list for my account only in Microsoft live mail--they keep showing up in our 2nd account.
I use Windows Live Mail for my emails. My system is Windows 8.1 and I am trying to set up a new account as an addition to the live mail account that I already use.
I have followed the instructions given in Windows Essentials _ Mail and, when complete, it tells me that the account has been set up.
My new account appears in the list on the left hand side of the screen, with the others, but without inbox/outbox etc, When I try to call down any emails, I am repeatedly asked for the password and cannot get any further.
How do I fix this?
To access her MS account my daughter needs my permission; I can't give it because it seems there is a date of birth and her full name missing. When we go to change her account it reverts to asking me for permission and we just go around the loop again.
Other than restoring factory settings, any ideas?

I didnt use hotmail for a while and I discovered now that ALL my messages in my accound are disappeared. Inbox, sent mail, all folders, all. What happened? How can I get them back?

I have a problem with Windows Live Mail 2009.
When I go to menu Help / Get help with Mail or F1, I reach my open hotmail personnal page. Incredible !!!
I have a blog on web with a send Email button so anybody who select send a message with Windows Live Mail can have access to my hotmail email page.

I have upgraded from win Xp, to Win 8.1. I saved my address book as wab, not knowing any better. It seems that I need to convert to csv, but can't without Outlook express. How can I do it?
