Question about Outlook Express

i have been using wlm for a very long time on windows 10 without any problems

today i wake up and try my wlm and all i get is please enter your user name and password

my user name is there and i just have to enter the password

i have done this and it will not accept the correct password

i have gone to web sky yahoo and signed in and every thing seems fine

i have not changed anything in my account

what is going on

I have two identified groups on the email contact group list. One contains 14 members, the second contains eight. I have tried to send information to the larger group via the address established in previous email programs...the address is WATER QUALITY GROUP. It was rejected as being an incorrect address,even though all members are on my individual contact list. I have used Windows Essentials to try and repair the issue--to no avail

I understand others are having the same problem with the LM 2012 program. When will Microsoft send a repair patch to ameliorate this problem?

My printer prints out tests pages well with no problem. But I am unable to print out emails or documents. I need for confirmations. Aged 73 not very computer literate. Please help.

I have an issue with logon to Windows Live mail 12 on a Windows 10 computer. 

There are two profiles on the computer, it works for 1 user and not the other. This is the second time it happens this year. 

This is the error message:

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I have tried this:

1. Download and run the Fix from MS - Did not work (that alters registry settings)

2. Repair on Windows live mail - did not work

3. Uninstall Windows live Mail, reboot and reinstall - did not work

4. Requested an access renew on the account from Microsoft - did not work

5. Tried to alter some setting in IE

6. Using to much time googling around trying to find a solution, none of them works. It's driving me insane. 

How can I make this work forever and not just a couple of months. The first time I had the problem it was enough to do an repair. But now, it will not work.

Windows Live Mail stopped working about a week ago.  I need to get it working again (or at least retrieve my contact information and some old emails).  How can I do this?

Windows Live Mail was originally installed under Windows 7.  I upgraded to Windows 10 in the fall and Live Mail worked fine until last week.  MIcrosoft support said that they do not support this, but I need to get at the old information.
