Windows live mail error id 0x8de20003 Server Error 3204

Have tried the solutions offered on previous postings relating to this error, ie, reconfiguring Live Mail and the 'Fix It' solution, but still receiving the same error message.  Windows Live Mail is now stuck on 'Windows Live Mail is synchronising this account. Check back in a few minutes'.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

I believe I know what caused the problem but now I need to know how to fix it. 

Last night I sent an email to a friend with an attachment.  I didn't realize until I hit Send that the attachment was 10mg.  It seemed to send okay but since then I have been getting this error.  Below is the error message and the version of Live Mail that I am running.  


PLEASE DO NOT tell me to re-configure my email account.  That seems to be the canned response any time there is a problem with Live Mail.  There should be procedures that will handle any error message received that does not require reconfiguring.  That seems like a copout because people are too lazy to find a real solution.


My internet connection is so slow that it makes a snail look like he is in warp-drive.  So there has to be some other solution rather than re-configuring.


Thank you for any reasonable solution you can provide.

I have Windows 8, my windows live mail works fine for approx. 2 weeks then stops receiving emails but I can still send them. Usually after about 7 days it starts receiving again! Any suggestions....

When I open my Windows Live email the whole screen turns an odd color, the normal menu of standard items disappear in the tool bar, each message is highlighted a pea green color and reading who sent the message is extremely hard to read.  Then when I close the email program and it returns to the desktop which in turn is a completely different color fuzzy look and nothing resembles the original desktop, after 30 seconds or so it changes back to the original background.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  BTW, this computer has Windows7.

Cannot delete email from my drafts folder

I have a blank message in my drafts folder of my windows mail which I can't delete. It is giving me the message 'An unknown error has occured'. I can't even move the mail to another folder. I also can't send any emails from my windows mail and I think the 2 could be related?? Please help

Trying to follow some older posts

have reinstalled/repaired application - not fixed anything

they suggest running a repair via CMD command

esentutl.exe -d "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Mail.MSMessageStore"

 

This returns -1811 Jet-err fileNotFound


I loaded from an old mail backup into a new computer running 8.1  Windows live

Problem is Storage folders (not all) with "Contents of this message cannot be found"  displayed on old & on new additions into the storage folders with problems.


Need to get this database repaired
