emails vises ikke i indbakken
Hi,

I have just bought a new laptop (HP Pavilion if that helps) and I have Windows 8.1 installed on it.

I downloaded Windows Live Mail and it all seemed to work perfectly for about a week or so.  However, a few days ago the following problem started:-

Whenever I highlight multiple messages in my Inbox and try to move them to the "Junk" folder in Windows Live Mail I get these messages:-

Window 1 = "An unknown error has occurred" ... I then press "OK" and

Window 2 = "The selected message(s) could not be moved.  A problem has occurred.  Please try again." ... I then press "OK" and am taken back to my Inbox ... where I can then proceed to move them individually into the "Junk" folder ???

Any help, much appreciated.

I had to reinstall Windows Live Essentials, and now cannot access my calendar as it was before the new installation.    Is there anyway of retrieving it?

I am using Outlook.com and a specific email that I sent on 15th January and yesterday is being duplicated in my Sent Folder.   It drops in 4 times at a given time.    And does this when I have sent an email to somebody.  It then drops in the old message again a few minutes later.  Is this a bug?  And how can I stop this from happening as I have to keep on deleting the messages?

I recently got a new Samsung phone where I am sending emails from Outlook so I'm not sure if this is the problem... wrong app using or something.

Thanks.

How can I get my Microsoft confirmation code to use in my email set up on my phone? Whenever I try to set up my account to use my market place or Xbox it is asking for a confirmation code.

Hi

I am unable to close my hotmail account. I have read the instructions on the support page to cancel all services prior to closing my account

but after several attempts and no services active I still am unable to.  It's saying I need to deactivate services that I do not have.  My account is currently hijacked so this matter is EXTREMELY URGENT.  Can you please advise?

Hello

I've sent Bcc messages to about 15 email address in one message, and I sent about 2 or 3 messages of this Bcc messages, so the total is about 55-60 max email addresses in a day. I didn't know that this amount of sending mails can cause this problem.

I've sent two requests and tried with the support (Ticket no. 1232043936), and the problem wasn't solved,

to verify that I am the owner of the account, I don't remember each single detail of the mail but I've mentioned the 1st password of my mail, I've answered the secret question, mentioned  folders and some of the recent email addresses what else should I do to prove that I am the owner of the mail.

I've  never had a hard experience, I remember that this issue had happened before and it was solved without complications.

I'm using an email through Hostway.  I'm receiving emails but not able to send.  Using port 587 for SMTP and 110 for POP server.

Need help to fix outgoing mail issue.  Email domain is wendel3rd.net

I have seen other post for this error but they only seem to support issues with Comcast.

Several times a day, when I click on a new email, a window opens saying "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Professional. Gathering required information...." (Image below) Usually, hitting the cancel button doesn't cancel it. Because I don't use or have Microsoft Office, it eventually opens another window telling me I need to insert a CD with the files, and then it opens a third window saying it can't configure Microsoft Office.

This just recently started happening, and I don't know why or how to stop it. It's annoying and time-consuming, although the windows eventually can be closed. I don't know if it's connected with something about the email I'm opening or just something that's happening with Windows Live Mail.

I have Windows Live Mail Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308). My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
