Recent format OS Unable to get data from my former Live, contacts, and folders

I have my backup on external drive.  How do I get my data from Windows Live such as contacts., folders with email etc, etc.???? I have since installed what I thought was  LIVE, but its Outlook and no contacts or email, calender options are there.  All categories are empty. Please Advise!!!

please I am trying to reset my password from Sunday that I noticed something is wrong like someone has done something to my account n I am trying to reset it but when I choose to be sent an activation code I am waiting but don't receive anything , also if I choose to answer the security question the question appears like ????????????????????????????????? an d I can't see what actually is the question ....I don't know what else to do.

CANT GET EMAILS.

Email Folders not displayed

Since last week, I'm facing the problem in Windows Live Mail. Problem is that some email folders can't be opened and message appears as : Folder could not be displayed. Windows Live Mail could not open this folder.     Possible causes are:   Low disk space.  Low memory.      How do i solve this problem? Pls. help !

WLM could not start?

I've been using Windows Live Mail for over a year now, and suddenly early this week when I try to launch WLM I get an error saying 

"WLM Could not start, it may be incorrectly installed. Make sure disk is not full or out of memory (0x80041161)"

I have tried doing a repair through WLARP, I have uninstalled WLM and reinstalled it, I've checked in services and made sure sign in was set to auto(even changed to manual and back) I've tried with antivirus(Microsoft security essentials) and firewall both on, and off, I've set exceptions in both. I have tried absolutely everything short of reinstalling the OS itself that I can think of.

Please somebody save what remains of my sanity and help me get this sorted, very frustrating going to 4 different websites to check emails on 8 seperate accounts!

Windows Live Mail

Somehow I've inadvertently opened all of the e-mails in all of the folders on Windows Live Mail.  I was in the "deleted" file when this happened.  I permanently deleted all of the mail in the deleted folder, but I can't get to the "inbox".

I want to just uninstall and reinstall Windows Live Mail.  Can I do this without losing all of the mail in my Inbox?

WLM problems

I have a new desktop with Windows 7. I have been trying to use Windows Live Mail (I had it before and it worked fine).

Yesterday, I installed folders under one of my email accounts to hold receipts and product codes:. Inbox drafts, sent delete,codes, receipts.

This morning, not only were my receipts and codes missing, but also all of my sent and delete messages.  Plus, there were over 400 old inbox messages.

What should I do?
