This started today. I've been using Windows Live Mail for several years on the same computer. The program opens, email is downloaded. I can open an email, maybe two, before it freezes. It can't even be closed with Task Manager. I have to reboot the computer. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times. I've turned off the Norton email virus scan (temporarily) to see if it's interfering in some way, but that didn't make a difference. I've cleaned the registry.
How do I get WLM to work properly? Thanks for the help.

I have upgraded my OS from XP to WIN 7 and while at it, I forgot to export the sent emails which was stored locally.
The Folder is still available but I cant seem to import it ( For obvious reason that I didnt export it earlier ()
Can Anyone suggest any options? I cant seem to locate Mail.MSMessageStore either.
Will need to restore the sent emails if possible. Thank you.

With Windows Live Mail 2012 how can i stop blocked e-mails from certain senders from being sent to my junk box.
They always go to my 'inbox' for a few seconds then are automatically directed to my 'junk box'. I would much rather that these e-mails not even come into or near my mail boxes. Thanks everyone for your help.
Someone some how broken into my hotmail account and when I try to recover it my recovery email is a weird missed spelled version of my actual email. Also when I try to fill out the recovery form I am unable to because
Recently sent mail: I have never sent an email on this account so I can't anwser it
Folders: I only have the stock folders
Passwords: I don't remember any of my old passwords
Credit card: I don't have a credit card

I am currently using "Outlook" for my mail. While checking on an Email saved when we were using "Live Mail" the system automatically went to update the "Windows Live Mail" program. It got 71% into the update and seem to go into a loop. When I tried to cancel the update it came back with an "Problem with Update", I then went into more help and rec's the error message #0x80280006.
To make this long story short...What is error code 0x80280006. I have checked through other questions & answers and the help menu.
I was wondering if there is an update regarding the reactivation of the renaming feature for my @hotmail.com. I have an @outlook.com address that I am awaiting the 365 days to elapse for me to rename my hotmail.com address to my preference of my outlook.com address. I only

Windows Live Mail launches but I can't read mail. That area is completely blank. The mail is listed in the quickview area. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the latest program. (I have gone over to Outlook in order to read my mail). Does anyone
