Using Windows Live Mail. Currently set up to access two different email accounts. Have closed one account. Have moved all emails from the closed account to 'Storage Folders'. All the folders in the closed account are now empty. If I right click and Remove
the closed account from WLM, does the closed account disappear from WLM and the moved emails stay in the Storage Folders? All ideas, suggestions, comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, K.
Windows Live Mail was working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped syncing emails from Hotmail. It has continued to correctly sync (send and receive mail) for my other accounts. When I try to sync my hotmail account I get the following error message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (alexsmookler) account.
Server Error: 0x800488EB

I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it and then I get this message:
Windows Live Mail is synchronizing this account. Check back in a few minutes to read your messages.
I keep checking back but nothing changes. My emails do not come in and this message continues to be displayed.
I have also tried "repairing" Windows Live Mail via the control panel on my computer. This did not do anything to help the problem.
Please advise.

I got the following error message when I open my window live mail. It was still working about a month ago. I tried to repair the program window essentials already but still couldn't fix the problem.

I recieve following error when trying to update emails from my hotmail account using windows live mail when connected to internet via USB dongle/mobile phone network.

I am able to update emails using windows live mail if I connect to internet via broardband. I am also able to acess emails using outlook.com when connected to interned via Dongle.
Can you advise why I am unable to update windows live mail when connected via dongle?
I can recive emails just fine. but if I try to create or reply to an email I, get a message that an error has occurred, and mail is restarting, and that I will be notified if a solution is found.
Of course I am never notified of any solutions. so I'm pleading the MS community for help.
I run windows 7, cox.net is my provider, it is a dedicated internet connection and I check my email by clicking the Windows Live Mail icon in my task bar.

Does anyone know why my blackberry is deleting my WLM contacts? I have sync'd numerous times. My contacts are now all on my phone, but I can't figure how to get them back on WLM. Whenever I add a contact in WLM, it creates a duplicate contact on my
phone, and it seems to confuse my bb. I have posted in Blackberry's forum as well, and nothing. Thanks

I am trying to add captions to photo's in my emails. I just started using a new (to me) laptop, and naturally it has a newer version of WLM. I am lost. I don't want to add a stupid album, I just want to add a few pictures and caption them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank-you for your time.
