Totally frustrated. My Lenovo laptop, running Window 8 is totally useless to me. I can't get in on Windows Live. It says "you can't sign in. Go to account.live.com or use the last password you used on this PC" How am I supposed to go to account.live.com
if I can't get past the sign in screen? AND here's a flash! I did use my last password! I cannot go to Windows Live on my desktop PC as it is not in sync with Windows Live - I use g mail. Trying to figure out how I can use my expensive and less than 1
year old LENOVO - can anyone help?
Despite removing my Hotmail account and adding it again I still keep receiving this message.

I have a desktop and laptop set up identically in Windows-7 ....
Trying to copy the address book from one computer to other..
I have tried copying entire "Windows Live" folder which contains the address book and pasting over same in other computer.
Location: "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live"
The second computer reverts to a prior version of the address book. Can't get around. Even tried deleting the folder, starting up mail which generates a blank database and then overlaying the blank. No success. It even reloads the prior version that I thought I had deleted.
Also W-Live doesn't seem to have an import capability for an address book of identical form.

I have always used the same computer and USB to upload music on to my phone. For some reason, last night when I plugged my phone into my computer nothing happened, not even the initial sound. I looked up everything on here and nothing seems to exactly
match my problem. This is the same USB that I use to charge my phone, and it works. All the USB controllers that show up in device manager say that they are in fact working, however I am not sure if this particular USB is on the list. Please help!!

It would be nice if we could change the background color in Live Mail. The color is to light and is kind of washed out.
I cannot access my live.com messages - the program opens then stops working. I cannot open any replies to this help request if they get sent to my live.com account. Frustrating.
