Hi

Sorry I didn't know how to join another forum with same questions.

I am trying to send a zipped file of 635mb but it says not enough memory?

I am only using I explorer and thought it maybe my file which was too big?

I had some chap come to speed up my computer a couple of weeks ago but it seems slower! I am not sure how to use sky drive to send it as I am not very good on computers?

I need someone to take it away and start again I think so sending me a load of gobbledegook won't really help me but I would love some simple instructions please?

I couldn't even join a discussion already going on here that's how useless I am!

Thanks lots as I need to get these pics to the family of a friend who has died and I want them to have them quickly.

Thank you for any help.

I am using Windows 7 Pro.  When I try to open emails I get black x''s in black boxes and not much else.  No pictures will show up and sometimes pictures are the main story.  I have search the internet and can't find a way to fix this.  It is quite annoying.  I would hate to think that I would have to buy a email service (Outlook Express) to take care of this.  I hope that Windows 8 doesn't have the problems that I have had with 7.  Help?

I am now unable to receive and view jpgs - which MS apparently deems to be dangerous! My friend who sent the first set is now sending me a CD by POST - so that I can see the FOUR jpgs that I needed. I will get them next week. This is ridiculous.  Today I received a phone call for an opinion and advice, the caller then sent me photos to view - same thing - a row of red shields and a warning that it was a prohibited file type and deemed dangerous! I click on the link for get help and was taken to the MS web page designed for web mail users telling me to click on the start button and go to mail .... I do not use Live for e-mail ..... I assume this was another update since this only happened this week.  One person used an i-phone, the other tried sending from both i-phone and computer.  What do I do now? This is obviously only the beginning .......

I have no problems receiving and sending email, but I am unable to log into windows live mail.

I have changed my password, with verifications sent to my email and using a 2-step verification with a text to my cell phone.

The error message I receive is that my email address or password is incorrect.

I have tried several suggestions found on these boards but obviously, none have worked.

I am being told that my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not receiving email

The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***', please contact your email service provider.

I am trying to delete an email but every time I try, I get the message An Unknown Error Has Occurred.  I would like to permanently delete this email.

Is it possible to disable the mail portion of my new Windows Essentials - WITHOUT disabling the calendar?  I want to use the calendar daily, but I prefer to get my e-mail thru Yahoo.  At present, my e-mails are landing in the inbox in both accounts.

For a little over a week now, this is the error code I get when I try to create or reply to an email.

C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER79F.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

  C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1D32.tmp.appcompat.txt

  C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1DFE.tmp.mdmp

Also, when I open my browser I get an error message

"Internet Explorer has stopped working,

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I run Windows 7, with Windows live mail, Cox.net is my provider and is a dedicated internet connection.

I keep getting the same response from the same guy ZigZag3143 (MS - MVP)  "Type "Wlarp" into search (without the quotes of course) then press enter>repair all WLE programs."

I have done this several times now and am not able to resolve the issue. There is no known new programs on my laptop that may have infected it. Everything was fine when I went to bed and not working when I got up in the morning to check my mail. My laptop is powered off when I'm not using it, if that matters.

I hope someone can help,

Thanks in advance for not asking me to try Wlarp again =)

recently I have been unable to add new contacts, either manually or by clicking "add contact" on an incoming message. Can you tell me what's wrong?
