Question about Outlook Express

Original Title: ? On receiving my mail

Can you please advise, why, I am receiving the same mail in both my different e mail addresses. 

I have followed all types of advice so far, but when opening my Windows Live, the accounts starts to receive emails then stops abruptly with the following error:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Yahoo (uxl2001) account. The email server returned an error.
Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [SYS/TEMP] problem retrieving message.
Server: 'plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC90
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

I have verified all server settings, updated everything and cannot get what is a very much, daily use program..  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Having problems with sending and receiving emails. Have had this problem many times and called up Bigpond but would like to fix this now. not sure why it is happening ,keeps coming up with error and asking for username and password.  this is the message that i get below..

Unable to send or receive messages for the Bigpond.net (pbe14500) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Response: -ERR mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.

Original title: windows 10

I upgraded to Windows 10 as it kept asking me to and now all my emails in main folder in box and sub folders and sent items have all disappeared other than from 1st March.  How can I get them back?? I need my history back.
