Need Help

Set up a custom domain yesterday for a business i'm starting. Tried to test the new custom domain by sending a email from my Hotmail account to the custom domain. Basically the custom domain never receives it.. I have also tried sending from gmail and live.com and they both seem to come through fine. Its only Hotmail that it doesn't work with..

The strange thing is I can send to Hotmail, gmail etc fine but just cant receive from Hotmail.com

I spoke to my domain provider and they said the problem must be on Hotmail's side as they don't have any record of the email reaching their server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to reset the password of the email accounts on my admin account. "I need the password reset option enabled for my hosted mx domain on the Windows Live Admin center. My domain is www.generalatronics.com".

Please help me.

Once again I am having password trouble!  When I open Windows Live Mail, It picks up emails from the accounts provided by my ISP, but it always demands a password before I can see my Hotmail emails.  It shows my Hotmail address correctly in the Logon window, and also my old password is already entered there.  I can replace it in the window with my up-to-date password, and everything then works; but however often I check the 'Remember password' box, the next time the window still shows the old password (distinuishable because it consists of more characters than the present one!), and I have to log on again.  In the end, this doesn't stop me doing what I want to do, but it is still annoying, and I should like to get rid of this glitch.  I am using Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3522.0110), with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an e-mail address in Outlook.com and, some time ago, added a proxy address.

I would now like to decouple the proxy and use it as a separate e-mail account.

I can dis-associate the proxy from the main account but when I try to add it as a new address I am told that it already exists.

How do I delete this address so I can re-create it as a separate entity?

Whenever I try to open any of the WL Essentials components, my cursor does the loading animation for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling Essentials several times, but it didn't help. 

On a different forum someone told me to edit some registry keys, but didn't tell me anything on exactly what I should do with it. Maybe that would help?

Yesterday Windows tried to update Windows Essentials but I got the above message.

I went to the web and tried to install manually 5 times to no avail.

It keeps telling me "another program is preventing Windows Essentials for installing. Wait for the other program to install and then try again.

There isn't any other program installing, I have triple checked this.

Can anyone help please?

I too am having this problem and getting this error message when I try to send an email with an attached photo to myself from my cell phone.

smtp;552 5.2.2 This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full.

You say to "open windows mail on the computer" then click on "tools" Forgive my stupidity but I don't know how to do this! Can you give more detailed instructions?

Hi , about a month ago I was locked out of my email address, I went through all the questions you asked, none of the security answers matched,, the email address used to retrieve a verification code no longer exists, after waiting one whole month to get back into my email account via producing an alternative email address and able to answer some other questions asked about my latest received and sent information i was told  I could get back into my email account on 31st March, which was yesterday, today I signed back into my email address only to be advised that I needed to provide an activation or verifying or security code, can't remember which terminology which was used, I checked my alternative account , used the code only be told that the code had 5 numerals, the one I was sent had four so now I have been locked out of my account again for 30 days. Linked to my email address is my skype account so I can no longer use this service because all my contacts details are in there, there must be a better solution to this problem and why is it happening
