Some of the emails I have end up in the Storage part of email (deleted) folder and then some go into my account name folder (deleted)
Why does this happen
Also I seem to get many times a Message Not found after I drag an email from the inbox to a folder I have set up for specific information. I cannot trust the product to save emails I want to keep.
Anyone know what the issue here is????????????????
help is appreciated.

Running Surface pro with win 8.1. Email app provides email access. System has created a second junk folder and transferred all junk mail to it. Moved all junk mail out to first junk folder and attempted to delete second folder. Got alert that says can't do the action. When I designate a msg as junk it moves to the second folder. Megs moved to first junk folder did not appear there although they disappeared from second folder. First folder continuous sync spinning symbol. Have rebooted and restarted system and problem continues.
How do I kill the continuos sync on the one folder and eliminate one or the other of the junk folders?

Hi all,
I have recently installed Windows Live e-mail and have linked my Outlook.com and Yahoo e-mail accounts, all e-mails in both having been imported.
Question: are my e-mails stored on my local C: drive? If so, where/which folder? I did a search for *.eml which produced a dozen or so e-mails. Some of them since I installed Windows Live e-mail and some from other contacts.
Am I to assume that the imported ones only appear in Windows Live e-mail, but do not reside on my local drive? Am I correct in assuming that all future e-mails from or to my Windows Live e-mail account will be stored (somewhere) on my local drive? This loops back to my first question, where would that be?
Thanks in advance,
Sharon R.
Hello, I'm having same issues. Have went through the trouble shooting tips above and still having same issues. Including pulling up IE to turn working offline on. Doesn't give me it as an option. Have Windows Live for the windows 7 operating system. Can I get some help with this?
