can anyone help with this?

I have hotmail accounts (outlook.com, live.co.uk and hotmail.co.uk) and can no longer send or receive emails on my desktop.  This is the message I get;

Server Error: 0x80070057
Server: 'https://m.hotmail.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80070057

When I attempt to send an email, it goes to the outbox and sits there. When I attempt to send it again, I get a bit of a delay and then an error message that looks like this:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

Subject 'Re: How was your day?'
Server Error: 550
Server Response: 550 5.7.1 <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>... Too many invalid recipients.
Server: 'smtp.sasktel.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
Secure(SSL): No

What is wrong? What does Error 550 mean?

I have Googled this problem and tried quite a few suggestions with no luck. I already tried the Windows Essentials repair in the Control Panel.

I have a new Windows 10 computer.  I paid someone to transfer my Windows Live email information.  The individual entries transferred ok.  The groups did not.  When I try to address an email to a group the group shows up with a plus sign before the name of the group and then the program says there are no email addresses in the group.  Help

I'm using Windows 8 and have version "2012 (Build 16.4.3564.1216" and don't have an upgraded account.

I reinstalled Windows Live after my emails stopped updating in the application.  I re-added my mail accounts and it started working again and my emails started flowing through.

I noticed in the last few weeks ago when I moved a number of mails between folders offline that these mails weren't moved when I logged onto outlook.com online.  I've checked the synchronisation settings of all the folders and they are ok, so I'm at a loss why there is a discrepancy between my offline folders and online folders.

Can anyone help?
