I cannot send emails. I get the error code...Server Error 530 Authentication is required before sending. R0107005

I am a long time Charter customer and I have used Windows Live Mail since 2010 upgraded in Spring 2014 to Windows Live Mail 2012. Been experiencing off and on issues with my Charter password not being accepted when I try to sign into Windows Live Mail. Now if I go directly to Charter webmail, which I hate, I can sign in with no problem ever.
Usually after several tries it will begin to work, but today after several hours it is still not working. I need a fix for this issue. Thank you so much.

I just realized my "Sent Items" folder is empty. I can find the sent items in Outlook (mail.live.com), but they aren't there on the 2 accounts that had "sync" issues back in May in Windows Live Mail.
Any solutions?
I like to use the family safety, but after installing, im not able to log in with my live id.
It gives me the error code, 8004b3ea an something about my account informations are too little.
But i think ive allready completed all possible forms in my account..
please help im getting crazy..
