Question about Outlook Express

I have a number of groups/categories. They worked perfectly until recently. Now when I use them, they only send to some of the members of the category. When I look at the category, it shows all the members, but if I go to edit category, it only shows a partial list (the ones it will actually send a message to). I tried adding the missing names in that window, but then I end up with duplicates showing in the category and still it does not send to any but those that showed up before. Some categories still work, some send to a partial list and some to only one member. I tried deleting and recreating a category. It work for that day, but has since reverted back to sending to a partial list and the same recipients as before.

Does a user guide exist for Win Essentials?  Seems to be a good group of programs,  and I would like a framework so that I may begin to use it w/o stumbling around.  Something like the Apple's User Guide for the I-Pad.

Hi

I noticed yesterday that all of a sudden my live mail 2012 on windows 8.1 is taking ages to receive email - several minutes. I tused to be very quick.

This is occurring on at least two different networks

I have noticed that if there are no emails to download then it goes through checking very quickly, if there are any to download then its dead slow.

I have not recently added any software, although perhaps windows has updated itself?

Any ideas please?

I get error 0x800c00006 when trying to repair windows essentials. My live mail locks up and will not load..

I would like to know that the windows system it's perfect and i am really enjoy use it, but there a problem with a game i always play it's need for speed world it's not running good , because when the game started some time good the system keep telling me about error with Game Launcher is in compatible ask me to quite .
