Windows Live Mail FAQ
The font on all messages in my inbox is cut off. Have been through numerous phone calls with microsoft and already spent hours going through website to fix. Please assist as soon as possible!!
Looks like this for every message, old and new ones coming in.
Windows Live Mail has recently been giving the following warning everytime we connect to get e-mail.
"Windows Live Mail has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
The programme does still work but why has this started happening. Is it to do with a Windows Update?
Running windows 10 on laptop. WLM stopped working and lost all contacts in email. Changed password and all worked for two days and then this error stuff again. Same password and no help. Checked all account and server info. Nothing changed. No new emails and nothing works.

Previous answers say to go to the "view" tab and make sure the "status bar" is checked.
However, I am unable to or do not know how to get to the "view" tab. I do not see any "view" tab at all in my Outlook e-mail inbox or anywhere else I navigate to from there. What is going on?
Please provide precise instructions for every step needed to get to the "view" tab.
